Welcome to Number Verifier! We're thrilled to have you on board and look forward to helping you enhance and protect your caller ID reputation. To get started, we've outlined the essential steps you’ll need to follow to set up your account correctly and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

 

First Steps:

Create Campaigns A campaign can be created within both the Phone Numbers and Import Numbers menu items. Simply click on the Campaign Name drop down arrow and click Add New.
Add Your Numbers Numbers can be added one-by-one within the Phone Numbers menu item. Pick the Campaign name you would like to add the number to and then enter the phone number and a name for the number and click on Add Number. Large quantities of numbers can be uploaded using the Import Numbers menu item.
Remediation Profile Number Verifier has an in-house team to help you manage your numbers and keep them clean and un-flagged! Certain company information is required for our team to do this and you can keep that information up to date in the Assisted Remediation section of the portal. 
Attestation Check Use the Attestation Check feature to check your numbers and confirm an A attestation rating.

What if I want to change the plan I am subscribed to?

Simply click on the Billing menu item and pick the new plan you would like. This will reset your billing date to the current date. The system will charge you the new plan you pick but will credit you for any unused portion of your prior plan. 

 

How do I update the credit card on file?

Credit card details can be updated by using the link below. You will enter the email you initially used when setting up your account and a direct link will be sent to you. Click on that emailed link and update your billing details.

How does adding and deleting numbers impact my bill?

If you add a number to your account, you will be billed for at least 30 days of usage, even if you remove the number. If you remove a number before it has been active for 30 days you will still be charged for the number and it will count towards the number of caller IDs on your plan.

 

Why was I charged in the middle of my billing cycle?

If you have more numbers active on your account than the plan allowance you will accrue overage charges. Once these accumulated overage charges reach the equivalent of your base plan a credit card transaction is initiated.

 

Where can I download copies of my invoices?

You can use the link below to log into the billing portal. You will enter the email you initially used when setting up your account and a direct link will be sent to you. Click on the link in the email and you will then be in the billing portal. At the bottom of the page is a listing of all your invoices and you can select the invoice you need and download a PDF copy.

What steps can I take to prevent my numbers from being flagged?

  • Short Calls: Avoid brief calls by leaving voicemails or using Silent Wave Files.  
  • Low-Quality Data: Clean your data and drop low-quality lead sources.  
  • Over-Dialing: Avoid excessive dialing to prevent flagging.  
  • Dialer Speed: Slow down your dialer for better call outcomes.  
  • Accurate Settings: Ensure Answering Machine Detection (AMD) is set correctly.  
  • Caller ID Limits: Use fewer than 75 calls per ID daily and rotate numbers strategically.  
  • Spam Traps: Avoid calling unverified or bulk numbers to prevent permanent flags.  
  • New Numbers: Check new numbers for past spam trap issues.  
  • Reassigned Numbers: Use the Reassigned Number Database to confirm valid opt-ins.  
  • Number Replacement: Remediate flagged numbers before replacing them.
