Plan Changes

We understand that your company's needs may evolve over time. Whether you're scaling up or streamlining, Number Verifier makes it easy to adjust your subscription plan.

Subscription Changes

To upgrade or downgrade your plan please follow these steps:

  1. Log into your Number Verifier account
  2. Navigate to the “Billing” menu item on the left of your screen
  3. Click on the Change Plan button
  4. Select your new plan using the slider tool
  5. Check the “I Agree” checkbox and click Purchase

Billing Notes

  • You will be charged immediately for the new plan when you make the change.
  • Any unused time on your current plan will be credited to the new plan.
  • Changing your plan resets your billing date to the date you made the change.

Annual Agreements

To make changes to annual agreements please reach out to our billing department at billing@numberverifier.com or to your account manager as these need to be done manually.
