Remediation FAQ

Below are some of the most common questions regarding the remediation process.

Do I need to do anything?

Once you set up your remediation profile you can rest assured that our in-house remediation team is working to clear your numbers.  There is nothing you need to do as it is all taken care of for you!

How long will it take to clear my numbers?

Once we submit the appropriate details to the different carriers it usually takes 1 to 5 days for the flags to drop off the numbers.  Occasionally a carrier will not remove the flag so we will submit the information again.

How often will my numbers be checked and remediated?

Your numbers will be checked every three to five days.  This allows flags to drop off from prior remediation attempts before we resubmit the information to the carrier.

Why do I still have flagged numbers?

If your numbers stay flagged or continue to be flagged again after they are remediated we suggest reviewing our best practices article to ensure you are following those tips.
