Your Number Verifier billing is based on your active phone numbers and the number of checks performed during each billing cycle. Here's how it works:
Overage Charges
If the number of active phone numbers on your account exceeds your plan’s included limit, you may incur overage fees.
On your billing date, you will be charged for:
- Your base subscription for the upcoming period, plus
- Any overage charges incurred during the previous billing cycle.
- If your overage charges exceed your base subscription amount at any point during the billing cycle, an additional payment may be processed before your next billing date.
How Usage is Calculated
Each phone number is allotted an average of 23 checks per month.
For example, the 10-number plan includes up to 230 checks per billing cycle (10 numbers × 23 checks).
Checks beyond that threshold are billed as overages.
Important Notes on Number Activity
Minimum Billing Period: Any phone number added to your account is billable for a minimum of 30 days, even if removed before that period ends.
Immediate Check Trigger: If a number is added on a day that your account is not normally scheduled for checks, the system may trigger an immediate check, which can increase your check count for the period.
Weekly Variance: Depending on the calendar, your designated API check day may occur 5 times in a single billing period (e.g., 5 Mondays), which can result in increased checks and potential overage fees.
